This is a great yoga flow for your kiddos (and you too)! We will read “Enzo Races in the Rain” by Garth Stein and then have a complementary yoga flow after. We move through puppy and other fun poses, talk about how to express feelings, breath, and move our bodies when we feel worried or anxious. I hope this can bring some joy into your world!
